Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, processing time is currently 1-3 business days to process orders, please note that these are only the processing times and do not include transit times, the actual time it takes to physically get the orders to you. Although we generally process in these timeframes, there are exceptions to this policy that can happen during busy times.

 

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Currently we only ship domestically in the US.

 

Q: What should I do If I have an issue with my order?

A: Please email us at customerservice@stellasfigs.com

Q: Can we make changes once the order has been placed?

A:Yes. Simply email us after the order has been placed. Include the order # and the necessary changes to be made. However, if your order has already been processed, a reprint fee will apply.

 

Q: I want a refund 

A: Please reach out to customerservice@stellasfigs.com. Per our store policy, If your item is not damaged and you are just unhappy with your order, we are not obligated to offer refunds. Please read description of all boxes before purchasing. If you have any questions, please reach out before ordering.
